How quickly can we get started?
Most companies are up and running within 24-48 hours. Once you sign up, we'll set up your organisation, add vehicles, and invite drivers. Your team can download the mobile app and start tracking immediately.
Do you offer training?
Yes! We provide comprehensive onboarding for fleet managers and quick-start guides for drivers. The app is designed to be intuitive, and most drivers are comfortable using it within minutes.
What if we have questions after setup?
Our support team is available via email, phone, and in-app messaging during NZ business hours. We typically respond within a few hours and aim for same-day resolution of any issues.
Can we try before we commit?
Absolutely! We're currently in private beta and offering early access to select companies. Register your interest to learn about trial options and beta pricing.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in New Zealand data centres with encryption at rest and in transit. We're compliant with the Privacy Act 2020 and maintain industry-standard security practices.
